Fistula Tract Cancer Survey

The Research and Clinical Committee of the International Society of Laser Proctology (ISoLP) is pleased to initiate this survey aimed at gaining insights into a rare but devastating complication of cryptoglandular fistulas—fistula tract cancer. This survey focuses specifically on fistulae occurring in individuals classified as “normal-risk” (i.e. no high risk for cancer like Immunosuppression) with cryptoglandular fistula.

While this initiative is primarily organized by ISoLP, we extend an open invitation to experts and specialists in the field of colorectal and proctological surgery worldwide to contribute their valuable perspectives.

Your participation will provide crucial information to better understand this complex condition and aid in decision-making for the management of future patients.
